Magic Kingdom
My favorite thing in Magic Kingdom is New Fantasyland, but in particular, Belle’s village http://www.familytravelescapades.com/gastons-tavern/. This area is best at nights during the Christmas season. Wreathes adorn the buildings, and temperature at these nights feels perfect. Drinking a Lefou’s Brew and watching the Seven Dwarf’s Mine Train go by is the perfect way to end a night.
Disneyland
My favorite thing Disneyland is Main Street. The atmosphere on Main Street is great. The Small shops, with old-time vehicles driving by them could only be done by Disney. The very best way to enjoy the atmosphere is to get a seat at the Jolly Holiday Cafe. From here you can see Tomorrowland, the castle, and Main Street. Don’t forget to get one of their tomato basil soups.
Hollywood Studios
Streetmosphere http://www.familytravelescapades.com/streetmospere/ is a street act that goes on on Hollywood Boulevard and Sunset Boulevard. This is by far my favorite thing at Hollywood Studios. People come out and do various acts while dressed in old-Hollywood style clothes. They do magic acts and “movie filmings.” This is a must see, and make sure you don’t miss it the next time you go to Hollywood Studios.
California Adventure
My favorite thing at California adventure is Grizzly River Run.The people on this ride are always friendly, and by utilizing the Single Rider Line http://www.familytravelescapades.com/disney-parks-tip-the-single-rider-line/, I was able to go on it multiple times in a couple hours. The ride is a great get-wet ride http://www.familytravelescapades.com/top-5-disney-get-wet-rides/, and is perfect for hot days, just get ready to get soaked.
Epcot
My favorite thing in Epcot would have to be the United Kingdom pavilion. Disney does this as only it can, and makes the pavilion look like it’s out of a picture of the UK. The Twinings tea shop with its thatched roof and the tudor-style house next to it are just two examples of the wonderful theming. Phone booths and mail boxes add to the theming. A seating area and garden are at the back of the pavilion, and are a great place to rest. http://www.familytravelescapades.com/a-dads-guide-to-places-to-rest-at-magic-kingdom/
Animal Kingdom
My favorite thing in this park is Expedition Everest. This ride is unique. it is the only roller-coaster at the American Disney parks to go backwards. The backwards portion of the ride adds to the intensity. You go around tight curves and down hills as your train escapes the yeti. If it is working, make sure to look for the yeti himself near the end of the ride.
These are my favorite things at each park, but what are yours? Tell us in the comment section, and make sure to check these out on your next family travel.
